ˇ Teaches ongoing weekly adult education classes in the Melton-Gesher program affiliated with the JCC of Dallas, at Congregation Shaare Tefilla, at Congregation Beth Torah, at Congregation Adat Chaverim, and at Café Carmel, a local kosher restaurant. ˇ Gives a monthly mini class to the rabbis of the Rabbinic Association of Greater Dallas. ˇ Gives occasional classes at various synagogues and at meetings in private homes. ˇ Provides ongoing guidance to qualified candidates who seek conversion to Judaism under Modern Orthodox auspices. ˇ Maintains on-going connections with the rabbis and synagogues of Dallas, constantly searching for new opportunities to teach Torah and spread its knowledge ˇ Acts as a Judaic resource for Christian clergy of Dallas, nurturing relationships with and providing Judaic knowledge to the clergy of a variety of Christian denominations. ˇ Answers questions about Judaism and provides knowledge about Judaism to both Jewish and non Jewish college students and lay people in general. ˇ Writes an article every other week for the Texas Jewish Post. ˇ Maintains open lines of communication and works in cooperation with the Jewish Federation of Dallas and the JCC, as well as various local Jewish agencies, schools, and organizations. ˇ Is an active member of the Rabbinic Association of Greater Dallas, the Overseas Committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas, the Rabbinical Council of America, and the International Rabbinic Fellowship. ˇ Raises money to sustain the activities of the Community Kollel of Dallas. ˇ Together with his wife Ayala, opens his home to both students and guests on Shabbat and holidays, including them into an authentic, vibrant and joyous Jewish home experience.
